Your Role as a Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to create and distribute engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Craft a comprehensive social media strategy rooted in our overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Content Creation: Generate original, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to our audience's interests.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online community across all platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling reports that drive future strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Provide support to other teams with their social media needs, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
