Your Role
As a Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our communication strategy. This position encompasses both internal and external communications, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our brand values and engages our key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with Tech Corp’s strategic objectives.
- Craft high-quality content for various platforms including press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and company announcements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for media inquiries and build strong relationships with key journalists and influencers.
- Manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve strategies.
- Prepare internal communications to keep employees informed about company updates and initiatives.
- Organize and promote company events that enhance employee engagement and brand visibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in messaging and external representation.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be an experienced communicator with a strong background in public relations or corporate communications. You should have a knack for storytelling, and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications jobs, preferably in the tech industry.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret communication metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
